The location near Ohrid Lake is fine. I appreciated the bar staff, who were genuinely nice and polite. Breakfast had a variety of choices, though not as good as I remember from years ago. The room was spacious with a lovely view. The Wi-Fi was annoyingly slow and often disconnected. The dinner options were quite limited, and the food quality did not match the price I paid. It felt old and had poor lighting. I was charged extra for dinner, which seemed unfair when other guests had different arrangements for their meals. These inconsistencies and inconveniences affected my overall enjoyment.

A beautiful lakeside escape
The view from my room was amazing, and early morning walks by the Drim River were a delight. The breakfast spread included a live pancake station, an unexpected treat.
The dining experience lacked consistency. The staff's attitude could improve. One even scolded me for refilling a water bottle. Many of the food items were often not replenished.

I was offered a room with perfect views of Ohrid lake. The services were excellent. Location: the hotel was near the lake and the river and the shore. I had coffee at Laguna Beach Cafe, located within 10 minutes walk...

perfect location, but needs updates
The location right by the lake is beautiful, providing fine views every morning. The breakfast offered a nice variety. The bar staff were great. We especially enjoyed the lovely garden view from our balcony.
The overall decor and room furnishings felt outdated, which diminished the comfort of our stay.
